CAE INC.

CAE Inc. and some of its officers breached their obligations by publishing documents that contain misrepresentations and omit to disclose material facts relating to, among other things, eight contracts that had a disproportionate impact on the overall profitability of the company’s defense and security business segment. Damages are claimed on behalf of all investors of CAE Inc.
