BIO:
Mr. Minhas is an associate in the Firm’s New York office. He specializes in federal and state securities litigation on behalf of individual and institutional shareholders. Before joining Scott+Scott, Mr. Minhas was an associate at a trial firm in New York. He has notably represented plaintiffs on complex international matters including unfair competition, racketeering, and human trafficking. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council.
